At Aiza Objects, we want every piece you receive to bring joy. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges in accordance with the guidelines below.
Eligibility & Timeframe

You may return full-priced items that are defective, damaged, or do not fit within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Contact us via studio@aizaobjects.com to request a return.

Complete the return form we provide and send your item back within 5 days of submission. Late returns may not be accepted.

The returned item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges

Once we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the above requirements, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Within 14 days, you may also request an exchange for a different size or model.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Worn, damaged, or altered jewellery.

Missing original packaging or accessories (unless the error was ours).

Custom or personalized pieces.
Digital and printed gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be reissued or extended beyond their expiration date.
