Shipping policy

All Aiza Objects Jewellery is handmade to order, so please allow 5 days to 2 weeks for your custom piece to be crafted and shipped.

Shipping Partners

  • Domestic (Lithuania): Omniva LT, LP Express, DPD, Lietuvos paštas.

  • International: UPS, FedEx

Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic (Lithuania): 2–5 business days.

  • Within the EU: Typically 5–14 business days

  • United Kingdom & USA: Up to 30 business days, but most orders arrive within 14 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the item and destination

 

Pickup from OMNIVA Post Office Machines

  • Collect your order at the OMNIVA post machine of your choice, open 24/7.

  • You will receive a PIN code via SMS and/or an email notification once your parcel is ready.

  • Parcels must be picked up within 7 calendar days; otherwise, they will be returned to us.

  • When picking up, enter your PIN code or present your ID card as requested.

 

International Shipping

  • Orders outside Lithuania are shipped via UPS or FedEx, our trusted international partners.

  • Delivery times depend on your country and customs processing.

Important Information

  • Please inspect your package upon receipt.

  • If you notice any damage, immediately notify the us and document it in a package damage report.
