How can I measure my ring size?
We recommend measuring your ring size using one of two methods: measure the inside of an existing ring, or measure your finger with string or paper.

What is the return policy?
You may return full-priced items that are defective, damaged, or do not fit within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please note, that custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer custom jewellery?
Yes, we offer custom-made jewellery. If you would like to create a custom piece, please contact us at studio@aizaobjects.com
Do you offer jewellery in gold?
Yes, all pieces on the website can be made in 14k gold, available in white, rose, and yellow gold. We also offer gold plating for all items except jewellery with stones or hair accessories.

What is the production and delivery timeframe?
All our pieces are made to order and handcrafted after purchase to support a more sustainable, low-waste process.
Made-to-order items are produced and dispatched within 1–2 weeks (shipping time excluded).

Do you offer repair services?
We offer professional repair services for pieces made by us. Unfortunately, we do not provide repairs for jewellery purchased elsewhere.
Do you offer jewellery cleaning and maintenance service?
Cleaning is complimentary for pieces made by us, with shipping costs covered by you. For jewellery purchased elsewhere, we offer cleaning for a small fee.

Where are your jewellery manufactured?
Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in a small studio in Vilnius, Lithuania.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
